What is the typical donation and credit that is given back?
Based on the purchase of a 300,000 home
When partnered with a networking lender, our networking realtors are willing to give a .25% credit directly to YOU! In this example YOU would receive a 750.00 closing cost credit on the purchase of your new home directly from the networking realtor at closing!
When partnered with a network lender they will be giving .25% to a network charity of your choice. This donation is based on the loan amount, a typical loan amount on this type of purchase is 285,000.00. A donation to the network charity would be 723.00 made in your name!
When you combine other networking partners, Title Companies, Attorneys, Insurance agency's, you could see additional credits to you and the networking charity!
On average our networking professionals give 1,500.00 to 2,500.00 benefit to you and your charity of choice.
These are estimated numbers. These will change based on the purchase price of the home, loan amount and the allowable credit by other partnering agencies.

Closing credits are financial incentives provided by our network partners, they will be applied toward your closing costs at closing. They vary based on your transaction and partner, and we’ll let you know what you qualify for upfront.
